JustHost — Public Offer

Revision of October 7, 2026

LLC "Baxet" ("Contractor") offers to conclude a paid-services agreement on the terms set out below. This text is a public offer within the meaning of Clause 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The person who accepts the offer under Section 3 is referred to as the "Customer"; the Contractor and the Customer are jointly referred to as the "Parties".

The Contract governs the ordering, payment and provision of JustHost services, use of the infrastructure, the Parties' liability, and termination of service. Appendices 1–3 and the Refund and Cancellation Policy form an integral part of it, in the versions incorporated into the Contract.

Terms and Definitions

Site — https://justhost.ru. Customer Portal — the system, accessible after authentication, for managing orders, services, payments and the Customer's requests. Ticket — a request registered through the support system.

Order — the list of services agreed by the Parties, with their characteristics, price, term or billing period, and other terms material to the relevant service, executed on the Site or in a separate agreement. Plan — the description of a service's composition and price, available before placing an Order.

Server — hardware or a software system providing remote access to computing resources. Web System — the Customer's information resources hosted using the service. IP Network — a network built on the TCP/IP protocol stack. IP Address — the address of a network resource provided under the Order.

Domain — an area of the Internet's hierarchical namespace. Registry — the database of domain names and their administrators. Domain Administrator — the person for whom a domain is registered and who determines how it is used. Domain Registration and Renewal — entering the relevant information into the Registry. Delegation — entering the DNS server records that make a domain function. Registration Term — the period for which a domain's registration is retained in the Registry. DNS Server — a Domain Name System server.

Access Credentials — login, password and other means of authentication. Spam — bulk messages sent without the required consent of recipients, continued sending after a recipient's refusal, and the use of the Contractor's resources to support or promote such mailing.

Consumer — a citizen acquiring or using the services for purposes unrelated to a business activity. Status is determined by the actual purpose of the Contract. Business terms apply only where performance is connected with the business activity of both Parties; an account name alone is not sufficient for this.

Policy — the Refund and Cancellation Policy published at https://justhost.ru/article/refund-and-cancellation-policy. SLA — the Service Level Agreement in Appendix 3.

1 Subject of the Contract

1.1. The Contractor provides web hosting, virtual servers, dedicated servers, GPU servers, IP addresses and network resources, as well as domain registration and renewal and additional services specified in the Order. The Customer accepts and pays for the ordered services.

1.2. The composition, technical characteristics, resource location, scope of administration, term, price and launch conditions are determined by the Order and the description of the selected Plan, available before payment. Additional paid services are provided only after separate agreement; the Customer's silence alone does not add them to the Order.

1.3. A continuing service includes the actual provision of the agreed availability or reservation of resources during the paid period. The absence of traffic, load or requests from the Customer does not by itself mean that the service was not provided. The Contractor confirms the provision of the resource; handing over a password does not mean performance for the entire future period.

1.4. If a particular Order contains elements of a lease, transfer of rights, or another type of contract, the mandatory rules on such a transaction apply to the relevant part of the relationship. The name of the service on the Site does not exclude the application of those rules.

2 Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. The Contractor provides the services within the agreed scope and with the agreed characteristics, maintains its own infrastructure, accepts support requests, reports circumstances materially affecting performance of the Order, and complies with the mandatory requirements of the law.

2.2. The Contractor may engage third parties to perform the Contract, while remaining liable to the Customer to the extent provided by law. Engaging a third party does not by itself relieve the Contractor of its obligations.

2.3. The Customer pays for the services on time, provides accurate information necessary for concluding and performing the Contract and for identification required by law, keeps its contact e-mail address current, and complies with the agreed technical limits.

2.4. The Customer ensures the lawfulness of hosted materials and of its use of the resources, holds the necessary rights to its software and data, and complies with personal-data processing requirements when it independently determines the purposes and means of such processing.

2.5. The Customer safeguards its access credentials, designates authorized users, and reports any compromise of access without undue delay. Actions in the customer portal are taken into account as evidence of the Customer's intent, with regard to information about authority, the circumstances of access and any possible compromise; access to the account does not create an irrebuttable presumption of authority.

2.6. If backups are not included in the Order, the Customer independently creates and verifies backups outside the provided resources. This condition does not relieve the Contractor of liability for its own breach. The scope of administration and backup included in the Order is binding on the Contractor.

2.7. The Contractor may carry out necessary technical works under the SLA and take proportionate protective measures under Section 5. These rights do not permit an arbitrary change to the agreed subject of the service.

3 Formation and Term of the Contract

3.1. Before acceptance, the Customer is given the opportunity to review and save the offer, its appendices, the Policy and the terms of the Order. Registration in the customer portal is accompanied by a separate confirmation of acceptance of the available version of the Contract; registration alone, without such confirmation, is not deemed acceptance.

3.2. The Contract is concluded upon the Customer's express agreement to its terms at registration, or upon payment of an Order where the terms were disclosed to the Customer before payment and it is expressly stated that payment constitutes acceptance. A payment made by a third party is taken into account having regard to its purpose and the payer's authority. The Contractor retains records of the accepted version and of the Customer's corresponding action.

3.3. The Contract remains in force until the Parties' obligations are discharged. The term of a specific service is determined by the Order. Termination of one service does not terminate other Orders unless the notice or law provides otherwise.

3.4. Electronic Orders and messages through the customer portal or agreed e-mail addresses may be used to agree terms and send notices, where they allow the sender and the content of the message to be established. Where there is reasonable doubt as to authority, a proportionate verification is carried out. The mandatory requirements of law as to the form of particular documents remain in force.

4 Price and Payment

4.1. The price is stated on the Site and in the Order, before payment, in Russian rubles. The full amount payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, is disclosed before the Order is placed. Discounts and their period of application are fixed in the Order.

4.2. An invoice is generated at the Customer's request when placing the Order. Unless another period is agreed in the invoice, it is payable within five banking days. For a bank transfer, the Customer indicates the invoice and contract number, if assigned. An error in the payment purpose is remedied by reconciliation and does not by itself terminate the right to the money paid in.

4.3. Payment is made to the Contractor's settlement account or by another method offered when placing the Order. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the payment details it provides. The moment a monetary obligation is discharged is determined by applicable law and the lawful payment method chosen.

4.4. Fees are allocated under the law and the disclosed terms of the payment method. Price differences depending on payment method that are prohibited by law are not permitted. Fees are taken into account on a refund solely under the Policy; no general obligation of the Customer to reimburse any fees is established.

4.5. The Contractor announces any change of bank details on the Site and at the agreed e-mail address. The consequences of a payment made to the old details are determined having regard to delivery of the notice, actual receipt of the money, and the law. Publication of new details does not by itself shift all payment risk onto the Customer.

4.6. Funds held in the account balance are an advance to the extent not applied toward duly rendered services or other lawful obligations. Crediting of the advance, issuance of access credentials, or a technical status change does not confirm that the entire paid service has been rendered.

4.7. A continuing service begins when the agreed resource is actually ready and access is made available within the agreed period. One-off operations are deemed performed once the agreed action is actually carried out. The cost of initial setup and other stand-alone one-off services is disclosed before payment separately from the recurring fee and is not charged again on an ordinary renewal.

4.8. Registration or renewal of a domain name is deemed performed once the relevant information is entered into the Registry. Domains with special pricing, including premium and expiring domains, are not registered under this offer; such domains are to be ordered directly from a registrar.

4.9. A certificate of services rendered is drawn up for each calendar month and provided at the Customer's request. The certificate reflects the services actually rendered during the relevant period. Not receiving the certificate, or the absence of objections in the customer portal, does not waive the Consumer's mandatory rights.

4.10. Automatic renewal applies only where the corresponding mode, period and method of determining the price have been agreed in advance. A charge to the account balance within the scope of such consent does not mean agreement to new, previously unaccepted terms. Use of payment details for recurring payments requires a proper legal basis and ceases once the Consumer electronically withdraws consent to their further use.

4.11. Renewal can be switched off, and use of the payment details withdrawn, via the customer portal or by message to info@justhost.ru. Switching off renewal by itself keeps the service in force until the end of the paid period; for early termination the Customer sends the corresponding notice. Withdrawing consent to future charges does not discharge obligations that have already arisen.

4.12. After a service is terminated, the Contractor may release the associated resources and delete hosted data, subject to law and any separately agreed retention period. The Customer retains its data until termination. Where termination is at the Contractor's initiative, it gives advance warning of deletion where reasonably possible and provides a reasonable opportunity to export data, unless prohibited by law or where doing so would create a confirmed security threat. A technical "Deleted" status does not by itself change the termination date or the monetary settlement.

5 Acceptable Use and Liability

5.1. The services may not be used for payment fraud, phishing, distribution of malware, unauthorized access or attacks, spam, infringement of intellectual-property rights, hosting of materials prohibited by law, or other unlawful conduct. Exceeding agreed resource limits is likewise not permitted. Legitimate security research and education are assessed by their actual content; merely mentioning "hacking" is not itself a breach.

5.2. Where a competent authority issues a mandatory demand, or there is a confirmed ongoing attack or other objectively justified immediate threat, the Contractor may, without prior notice, apply necessary and proportionate restrictions to the extent permitted by law. Absent an immediate threat, the Contractor reports the circumstances found and gives a reasonable period for explanation or for curing the breach, unless the law provides otherwise.

5.3. The Contractor records the grounds, scope and timing of any restriction and notifies the Customer without undue delay, unless notice is prohibited by law or would create a confirmed security threat. Complaints are checked together with the evidence; receipt of a complaint alone does not prove a breach. Once the grounds cease, access is restored absent other lawful obstacles.

5.4. For non-payment of a new period, the Contractor may decline to begin providing it; for late payment of an already-provided service, restrictions are applied within the limits of the law and the agreed terms, with notice to the Customer. A restriction by itself does not turn the remaining advance into a penalty or a non-refundable sum. Charges for the period of restriction and the monetary settlement on termination are determined under the Policy.

5.5. The Parties are liable for breaches under the law of the Russian Federation. No contractual limitation reducing the Contractor's mandatory liability applies to a Consumer, including liability for damages, contractual penalties, non-pecuniary damage and other claims provided by law.

5.6. In relationships connected with the business activity of both Parties, unless another amount is agreed in the Order and the law permits a limitation, the Contractor's compensation for a given service is capped at the cost of that service for one month; lost profit is not recoverable. For a service with a different billing period, the monthly cost is determined in proportion to its length, and for a one-off service the cap is its full price. The limitation does not apply to wilful breach or in other cases where the law prohibits it. A refund of the unused advance is not deemed damages and is not subject to this cap.

5.7. The Customer is liable for breaches caused by its own actions or those of persons it authorized, where the statutory grounds for liability are met. A compromised access, an administration error, hardware failure, or a third party's act is examined with regard to its causes and each Party's duties; it does not automatically relieve the Contractor.

5.8. Diagnostics, recovery and software configuration beyond the paid scope are performed after the scope and price of the work are agreed. Fixing the Contractor's own breach is not treated as an additional paid service. Third-party software license terms do not override the Contractor's obligations under the Contract.

5.9. If an allocated IP address is withdrawn or changed for reasons beyond the Contractor's control, it notifies the Customer and takes reasonable steps to provide the agreed functionality. The availability of IPv6 does not by itself substitute for the agreed provision of IPv4. The consequences of an inability to perform properly, changes to the Order, and refunds are determined by law and the Policy.

5.10. The Contractor's losses from a proven breach by the Customer are recovered where there is a legal basis and a confirmed amount. A set-off is permitted under Articles 410–411 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other applicable rules, with a statement and calculation sent to the Customer. Undetermined future losses are not grounds to withhold the entire advance.

6 Termination of the Contract and Services

6.1. A Consumer may at any time withdraw from further performance of the services agreement. No personal reasons need be given. Notice is sent through the customer portal, to info@justhost.ru, or by another method provided by law. Information sufficient to identify the Customer and the service to be terminated is enough; no exclusive mandatory form of application is established.

6.2. Unless the law or a permissible agreement provides otherwise, withdrawal takes effect upon delivery of the notice to the Contractor, or on a later date specified by the Customer. Reviewing the request and a dispute about the amount do not postpone termination. For other Customers, the right to withdraw and its consequences are determined by the applicable rules of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the lawfully agreed terms of the Order.

6.3. Where performance is connected with the business activity of both Parties, the Contractor may withdraw from the relevant Order for a material breach by the Customer of the terms of use or payment. The notice states the grounds and the termination date; for a remediable breach, at least five calendar days are given after delivery of the notice. Urgent technical restrictions remain permitted under Section 5. Where the law requires a different procedure for termination, that procedure applies.

6.4. In relations with a Consumer, the Contractor's withdrawal is permitted only on the grounds and in the manner provided by law. On an unmotivated withdrawal from a fee-based services agreement, the Contractor complies with Clause 2, Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including full compensation of the Customer's losses. The existence of a contractual right to block access does not by itself substitute for a lawful ground of termination.

6.5. A service also terminates upon expiry of the paid period without renewal, by agreement of the Parties, by court decision, or on another lawful ground. Monetary settlement, including the refund of the advance, is made under the Policy. A dispute over part of the amount does not prevent the timely refund of the undisputed remainder.

6.6. Termination of a service does not discharge obligations to settle for services rendered, lawful claims for damages, confidentiality obligations, or other obligations that by their nature survive termination.

7 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

7.1. Requests and complaints are accepted through the customer portal, at info@justhost.ru, and at the Contractor's postal address in Appendix 1. Other methods provided by law are also permitted. The complaint states the facts known to the claimant and the relief sought. The absence of a reference to a statutory provision, or an error in its characterization, is not a ground to refuse to consider it.

7.2. The Contractor sends a reasoned response within ten calendar days of receiving the request, unless the law sets a shorter period. A response to a request does not substitute for performance of a monetary or other claim within the period set by law or the Policy.

7.3. For a Consumer, a mandatory pre-trial complaint procedure applies only in cases expressly provided by law. The Consumer retains the statutory choice of court and other procedural rights.

7.4. For disputes between businesses falling within the jurisdiction of a commercial (arbitrazh) court, the statutory pre-trial complaint procedure applies; where the law permits contractual regulation, the period before filing suit is thirty calendar days from sending the complaint. Such disputes are heard by the commercial court at the Contractor's place of business, unless the law establishes exclusive jurisdiction. For other disputes, jurisdiction is determined by law.

8 Force Majeure

8.1. A Party is relieved of liability for a breach to the extent it proves the grounds required by law, including a causal connection with an extraordinary and unavoidable circumstance under the given conditions. A shortage of funds, an ordinary technical failure, a counterparty's breach, or a network attack are not by themselves recognized as force majeure.

8.2. A Party notifies the other, without undue delay and no later than ten calendar days after notice became objectively possible, of the occurrence and cessation of the impediment, its effect, and the measures being taken. The consequences of a failure to notify are determined by law, having regard to any resulting damage.

8.3. If the circumstances continue for more than two months, either Party may terminate the affected Order by notice. Being relieved of liability does not mean a right to keep payment for services not rendered. Settlement is made under the law and the Policy.

9 Confidentiality and Personal Data

9.1. The Contractor processes personal data to the extent necessary for concluding and performing the Contract, fulfilling its statutory duties, and other purposes provided by law, on the relevant legal bases. Information on the processing is provided in the personal-data processing policy on the Site. This offer by itself is not consent to processing for which the law requires separate consent.

9.2. Where consent is the legal basis for processing, it is given separately from the Contract and other confirmed documents, with the content required by law. Withdrawal is sent through the channels specified in the consent or to info@justhost.ru. After withdrawal, processing continues only on an independent lawful basis and to the necessary extent.

9.3. Marketing messages are sent only with the recipient's required prior consent. Acceptance of the Contract by itself does not give consent to marketing by the Contractor or its partners. After an opt-out, distribution to that recipient ceases. Necessary messages about performance of the Contract are sent within their own service purpose.

9.4. For mandatory identification and verification of authority, the Contractor requests only necessary information, stating the purpose, basis and a secure method of providing it. The consequences of not providing data and any service restriction are determined by law and Section 5. Failure to provide information not required by law and not necessary for performance of the Contract is not by itself a ground to refuse a Consumer a service or a refund.

9.5. The Parties do not disclose or use outside the purposes of performing the Contract the other Party's non-public commercial, organizational, technical or financial information having actual or potential commercial value, where its holder takes measures to protect it. Publicly available information and information lawfully obtained independently of the Contract are not such information.

9.6. Necessary disclosure is permitted to authorized employees and contractors bound by confidentiality, and under a lawful demand of a competent authority or to protect rights in the prescribed manner. Only the necessary scope is disclosed. Personal-data information is transferred in compliance with the special requirements of the law.

9.7. The contractual confidentiality obligation survives for five years after the Contract ends; longer mandatory protection periods for particular information are determined by law.

10 Changes to the Terms

10.1. The Contractor may publish a new version of the offer for future contracts and Orders. The publication date and the text of the version are fixed on the Site. Publication and notice by themselves do not change previously agreed obligations.

10.2. Terms agreed with a Consumer — subject, price, term and other agreed conditions — change only by agreement of the Parties or on a statutory ground. The terms of a new Order are disclosed before it is placed and accepted by an act that unambiguously expresses consent. Silence and ordinary continued use of an already-paid service are not deemed acceptance of changes.

10.3. Where performance is connected with the business activity of both Parties and this procedure is properly incorporated into their contract, the Contractor may change pricing and organizational terms for a future unpaid period by sending notice to the agreed e-mail address and posting it in the customer portal at least thirty calendar days in advance. The notice states the changes and their effective date. Before that date, the Customer may withdraw from the affected service without a special fee for early withdrawal caused by such changes, with settlement for performance rendered and permissible expenses. Absent proper notice, the new terms do not apply on this basis.

10.4. Unilateral changes do not worsen the terms of an already-paid period and do not retroactively increase the cost of services rendered or deductions. Mandatory changes in the law take effect within the periods and limits it sets. Technical changes are permitted if they do not change the agreed characteristics, price and scope of the Customer's rights.

10.5. For matters not governed by the Contract, the law of the Russian Federation applies. The invalidity of a particular term does not entail the invalidity of the remaining terms if the Contract can be performed without it.

11 Refunds

11.1. Cancellation of services, refunds, payment verification and settlement on termination are governed by the Policy at https://justhost.ru/article/refund-and-cancellation-policy, in the version incorporated into the Contract. Before acceptance, the Customer may review and save the text of the Policy. A refund request is submitted through the Refund Request Form in the customer portal.

11.2. On an ordinary withdrawal, the unused part of amounts actually paid is refunded, net of the lawfully accounted cost of services rendered and documented expenses, without double-counting. The right to withdraw and statutory claims do not automatically lapse after fifteen days from payment. A breach by the Customer, a complaint against it, or a restriction does not by itself render the entire advance non-refundable.

11.3. The Contractor verifies the claimant's entitlement and the fact of payment, takes into account final refunds made through other channels, and may refuse the provenly unfounded part of a claim. One and the same underlying payment is not refunded twice. Confirmed counterclaims are asserted and taken into account in the manner provided by law.

11.4. Special terms of an Order apply after proper agreement and only within the limits of the law. Where the contractual rules on cancellation and the monetary consequences of termination conflict, the Policy applies in the manner provided by its clause 10.1. The Customer's mandatory statutory rights are preserved.

12 Affiliate Program

12.1. The Customer may separately join the affiliate program to refer customers from its own site. Participation in it is not a condition for purchasing services and does not change the rules for refunding payment for services.

12.2. The commission is five percent of the amount paid by a referred client, as recorded in the program. A different percentage applies after written agreement with the participant. Referral of a client is confirmed by partner-program records, with regard to evidence provided by the participant.

12.3. The participant places the agreed marketing materials on its site during the period of participation and complies with applicable advertising requirements. The content of the materials and the terms of their placement are disclosed and accepted before participation; new obligations are not introduced retroactively.

12.4. On breach of the placement obligation, the Contractor notifies the participant and may suspend accrual for the period of a confirmed breach, in the part concerning the affected placement, until it is cured. An already-accrued right to commission is not automatically lost for other periods. Deductions and counterclaims are permitted only on an agreed lawful basis.

12.5. Cancelled, fictitious, and finally refunded payments do not generate commission for the corresponding part. On a refund to the client, the commission calculation is adjusted without double-counting the same amount; the grounds are reflected in the statement to the participant. Commission erroneously paid on such a payment is settled under the law. A dispute over affiliate commission does not give a right to automatically withhold the participant's advance for services.

Appendix 2. Server Administration

1. Administration includes setup, ongoing technical maintenance of the server, and installation of additional software on agreed requests. The administration package defines the included scope, period and price. Individual support may be arranged under a separate agreement.

2. The composition of the package depends on the selected service and is disclosed on the Site and in the Order before payment. One agreed level of administration applies to a given service at a time. Work beyond the package is performed only after the scope and price of a separate task are agreed; merely submitting a request does not create an obligation to pay for unagreed work.

3. The Customer provides the necessary access by a secure agreed method, reports configuration changes, and submits requests through the ticket system or another agreed channel. The Contractor may verify the sender's authority before changes affecting access, data or payments, without undue delay.

4. The package renews for the agreed period, subject to the required advance payment, only where the Customer has previously accepted the automatic-renewal mode. The method of determining the price and the period are communicated to it in advance. The absence of an opt-out is taken into account only within the limits of previously given valid consent and does not mean acceptance of new terms.

5. Renewal is switched off in the customer portal or by message to info@justhost.ru. After a Consumer withdraws consent to the use of payment details, the Contractor does not use them for new recurring payments. Switching off renewal and early termination of the package are distinguished under clauses 4.10–4.11 of the Contract and the Policy.

6. Where a fault is caused by the Customer's own actions, its software or hardware, beyond the Contractor's responsibilities, further work may be offered for a separately agreed fee. The cause is confirmed by technical data. Fixing the Contractor's own breach is performed at no additional charge.

7. The boundaries of responsibility for setup, updates, backup and recovery are determined by the agreed package. Use of third-party software does not override these duties or mandatory liability. Termination of the package and monetary settlement are governed by the Contract and the Policy.

Appendix 3. Service Level Agreement

1. The SLA sets out how the services are operated and supported within the Contractor's technical scope of responsibility. The characteristics of a specific resource are determined by the Order. Mandatory legal requirements, liability for engaged contractors, and agreed guarantees are not limited by reference to the technical boundaries of the network.

2. Outage — unavailability of a service due to a fault in the Contractor's (or its contractors') hardware, network or infrastructure, including adverse external impact. Incident — an event connected with an apparent or suspected unavailability. Planned works — preventive maintenance; urgent works — prompt warning or remedying of faults. DoS/DDoS — actions aimed at denying access to resources.

3. Services are provided around the clock unless another mode is agreed in the Order. On an incident, the Contractor takes reasonable measures to restore service and inform the Customer. The response time to a reported incident does not exceed six hours. Response time means the start of review and necessary action, not a guaranteed period for fully eliminating every cause.

4. For planned works capable of disrupting availability, the Contractor gives notice on the Site at least forty-eight hours in advance. For urgent works, notice is posted twelve hours in advance where the nature of the threat allows postponement. Where an outage requires immediate remedy, information is published without undue delay and no later than twelve hours after work begins, unless prohibited by law or creating a security threat.

5. The Customer reports detected unavailability through the ticket system, info@justhost.ru, or the support phone line, where reasonably possible within twenty-four hours, stating the service, the time of detection, and known symptoms. Failure to report within this period does not by itself extinguish statutory claims. Duration and causes are established from monitoring data, logs and other relevant evidence of both Parties.

6. Works are counted separately when analyzing availability. Labeling them as planned or urgent does not automatically relieve liability for breach of the Contract and does not exclude a lawful price reduction. Where the Order provides an additional availability metric, its calculation method and permissible exclusions are disclosed before payment.

7. A compensation claim is submitted through the customer portal or to info@justhost.ru, stating the service, the estimated period of unavailability, and the claim. An already-registered claim need not be duplicated. The period for review and performance is determined by law and the Policy. No limit of one claim per month or a five-day filing period is imposed.

8. The start of service is ensured within the period agreed in the Order, subject to the lawful payment conditions it provides and the necessary data being supplied. The Contractor confirms the availability of resources before undertaking an obligation to launch the service by a specific date; a subsequent lack of free equipment does not by itself relieve it of liability after such an undertaking. Handover of access credentials means the start of the service only where the resource is actually ready.

9. If the Contractor breaches the agreed service-start date, the Customer may receive additional contractual compensation of fifty percent of any separately agreed setup fee, net of any discount, where such a fee is provided for. The method of payment is agreed with the Customer; absent agreement to offset it against future services, a monetary refund applies. This compensation does not replace or limit mandatory statutory claims; the same loss is not compensated twice.

10. Causes of an incident outside the Contractor's responsibilities, including failures of external networks, DNS changes, the Customer's own actions, faults in its software, and exceeding agreed limits, are assessed by their actual causal connection. Exclusions from the additional contractual guarantee apply only to their applicable extent and do not override liability established by law. A DDoS attack, a counterparty's failure, or a lack of resources are not automatically recognized as force majeure.

11. The SLA is concluded, amended and terminated in the manner established by the Contract. Where rules on refunds and the monetary consequences of termination conflict, the Policy applies in the manner provided by its clause 10.1. Additional guarantees not expressly accepted by the Contractor do not arise from a mere technical description of a third-party product.
